Student-athletes will work on the development of their footwork, hip flexibility, explosiveness, change-of-direction, as well as lateral and vertical quickness with experienced RARE AIR trainer. Student-athletes will also receive position specific instruction from RARE AIR trainer assigned to the that particular position. Student-athletes should gain increased physical development and positional knowledge from this group programming. RARE AIR staff will periodically assess each student-athlete and provide observations and resources to help them improve their development. This program is great for both teams and individuals that work well in a group, are of similar levels of ability and are looking to continue their development through comradery and competition.
