GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

 

Student-athletes will work on the development of their footwork, hip flexibility, explosiveness, change-of-direction, as well as lateral and vertical quickness with experienced RARE AIR trainer. Student-athletes will also receive position specific instruction from RARE AIR trainer assigned to the that particular position. Student-athletes should gain increased physical development and positional knowledge from this group programming. RARE AIR staff will periodically assess each student-athlete and provide observations and resources to help them improve their development. This program is great for both teams and individuals that work well in a group, are of similar levels of ability and are looking to continue their development through comradery and competition.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Student-athletes will work one-on-one with experienced RARE AIR trainer to develop and improve their footwork, hip flexibility, explosiveness, change-of-direction, as well as lateral and vertical quickness. RARE AIR trainer will also provide the student-athlete with individualized position specific instruction. Student-athletes should receive a more concentrated level of instruction that is specialized to their level of experience and ability. RARE AIR staff will periodically assess each student-athlete and provide observations and resources to help them improve their development. This programming is best for those individuals looking to improve certain aspects of their game or to increase positional knowledge at their own specified pace.
